  4. Next, visit the File again and choose Export.
  5. Here, users will view an Export dialogue box in which they have to enter a name to file, saving location, and file type.
  6. Select the option Comma Separated Value. After that, The CSV Export window will appear on the screen.
  7. Here, choose the options to apply and tap OK.

Finally, the user’s data will be saved in a CSV file format, now follow the next step to view NSF file without Lotus Notes.

  • Import the CSV into the Outlook email client
  1. In the beginning, open MS Outlook on the local system.
  2. Now, tap File > choose the option of Open & Export and pick out the Import/Export option.
